Return Policy

We do not accept cancellations. 

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and undamaged to receive a store credit. All items must be returned with any original packaging and proof of purchase. To return an item please emailed pazzazedgiftandhome@gmail.com for approval and an RGA (return goods authorization) number.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that your store credit has been processed. 

You will be responsible for paying for the cost of return shipping. To return a product, please ship the item by UPS using the return address below:
